Welcome to this newsletter!  “October: crisp, sunny days and cool nights, a time to curl up around the dancing flames and sink into a good book.” ~ John Sinor

Yes, it’s my favored month of the year too. It is the month of glory, of ripeness, a picture-perfect month. Pumpkin pie and spiced coffee, glorious tree colors, mild Indian Summer weather, crisp colorful leaves, delicious food and wine, country hikes – and yes, lots of new books to read – and write.

How to Prepare Your Christmas Sales

It’s only October, but in 10 weeks it’s December 25th, Christmas Day.
Planning and scheduling is not a high priority on most writer’s to-do list. Writing is a creative, often solitary work. Marketing means planning how to bring the work you’ve created to your readers and how to connect with them. To be successful you need to plan your book marketing at least 3 – 12 months in advance.
Did you organize your book marketing and sales for the most important gift season of the year? Did you schedule your book promotion for the next months? Get some ideas in this article:
